RENTING
THE FORT
Historic Fort Adams is available to private groups for functions such as social events, corporate outings, weddings, retreats, and for public events including concerts, reenactments, and military tattoos.
All events must respect the historic nature and dignity of the Fort.

q Above rates are based on four-hour periods. Additional time is available at $1,000 per hour or $500 per half-hour.
q Alcohol service must end one-half (1/2) hour prior to the end of the event. The serving of alcoholic beverages is limited to a maximum of 4.5 consecutive hours. Alcoholic beverages must be served by an establishment that possesses a valid Class P Liquor Catering License.
q Access to the event location for set-up is no more than three (3) hours prior to the start of the event. Up to one and one-half (1.5) hours are allowed for clean-up and break-down.
q Access to the event location for tent installation is no more than one (1) day prior to the event date based upon availability of event location.
q
Rates for organizations
conducting special activities, such as concerts, festivals and
re-enactments, when the public is charged an entrance fee, will be
negotiated on a case by case basis.
Rates include:

Fort Adams Trust
Event Attendant/s scheduled for three (3)
hours prior to the start of the event and up to one and one-half
(1.5) hours after the event.
ñ
Bridal area one
(1) hour before the event.
ñ Photo opportunities
one (1) hour before the event.
ñ Restroom Facilities
ñ Potable water access.
ñ Power and area lighting.
ñ Free Parking.
Non-refundable deposit of 50% required to secure a date along with a $500 Damage Deposit (refundable if no damage occurred or event is cancelled).
Balance in full is due 60 days prior to event date.
