Since 1994, Historic Fort Adams has been operated by the Fort Adams Trust, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to preserve and revitalize historic Fort Adams for the public’s benefit. We depend on our community to further our mission through membership fees, sponsorships, and donations from our Annual Appeal. Your support ensures that we keep the Fort open and safely accessible to the public. It also enables us to expand our community events, recreational activities, educational programming, and especially our ongoing restoration efforts.

Fort Adams offers $10 discount on standard memberships for active, reserve, or retired military; current students, and Newport residents. All discounts require a valid proof of status and are in-person only.

- Patron members receive all the benefits of standard membership
- 5 guest passes
- $450 of contribution is considered tax-deductible
